Course Access and Technical Issues
If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or utilizing our digital products, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
For courses that involve live sessions or scheduled events, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
