🏥 Clinical Context

A 62-year-old male presents to the emergency department with sudden-onset chest pain radiating to the left arm. Pain started 45 minutes prior to arrival. He is diaphoretic and hypertensive.

🔍 Interpretation Steps

 

  1. Sinus rhythm at ~75 bpm

  2. ST elevation in leads II, III, aVF

  3. Reciprocal ST depression in I and aVL

  4. No evidence of bundle branch block

  5. No significant QT prolongation

Acute Inferior STEMI
