What’s included in each membership level?
Each plan includes different resources: Essentials gives you core content and videos, Clinical Pro unlocks all interactive resources, and Pro+ adds mentoring, simulator access, and institutional use.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Just contact support and we’ll apply your previous payment toward the new plan if eligible.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new purchases. If you’re not satisfied, email us at
support@ecgkid.com or
ecgkidportal@gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll issue a full refund.
How long do I have access?
All plans give you access for 12 months from the date of purchase, with full resource availability during that period.
